Yes ladies and gentleman!!! What I speak of are not the carmines that drop with the XVII's in May but a Quickstrike release set for the second quarter of May. For those that may not understand how serious this is I will explain my point of view. We were told no retros for 08. only packages and of coarse (JUST LIKE JORDAN) when you least expect it there are other numerous releases. The retro will be an all black based shoe which could mean Black Infrareds! As I cross my fingers and hope for the best I indeed hope you do too.

Recently the New York Times has shown appreciation to the man and inventor of the well known markers, Krink. In this article it says how the man of Krink has indeed come along way from making his own markers to now distributing all around the U.S. Craig Costello, KRINK, has made something not only used by graffiti artist but artist all around and this is why New York times has named him an entrepreneur.

AIR MAX INSPIRED

A couple of days back I left a teaser of what seemed to look like an Infrared Court Force High. Well that same shoe shown is only one of the air max inspired court forces due out this April/June. I am not surprised that again we are seeing nike using materials that sold, on sneakers that didnt. The court force has been an underestimated shoe for as long as I can remember its exitstance. The most famous CF's you have probably heard of were ones out of the stussy pack, Sakura, and Graffitti highs that all dropped in the last 2 years. To raise the decline of CF consumers we here at MASSIVE bring another, just one of the 4 remaining pairs out of this Air Max inspired package. For the shoe heads you can see from materials and colourways what matches with what but for those who dont know, these lows are modeled after the AM 1/87. My second favorite out of the pack and probably the only one I will be copping of the lows.

Is The Patch Back?

When you all started to sleep on Boundless, here. The newest New Era collaboration with King Stampede. Searching through the internet once again I came upon this once again repeated "trend". I can remember when I had about every Vinny Raffa, Andre the Giant (has a posse), and Bombing Science Patch ironed on my bookbag and flight jackets. Well a new idea has sprung for the brand by making romoval patches for a fitted cap. Of coarse the brand is known for there collaborations with New Era so you really cant be suprised that KS did it first. Using 8 different patches that velcro to the solid black hat. I have to bow down and give grace to New Era for keeping me a fiited cap wearer.

EL FUTURO

Man lately thats all i have on my mind. Who knows what the future has in store for me or the MASSIVE crew. Jet and I where having one of those deep 5 minute conversation after chillin with some of his friends and my new ones..lol. Whatever happens to me or us we WILL BE SUCCESSFUL and the only thing that will ever STOP US IS DEATH HIMSELF. When you have a positive attitude and determination....you can't fail. AND I PLAN NOT TO FAIL!!!!!

WE will STEP UP cause nowadays its a grown man sport and if your still a kid might as well stay with mommy. Believe me...WE WILL HAVE A SHOP that hopefully will have the same respect of an ALIFE or a REED SPACE.

Do The Brown

With all the recent Reebok retros and pump remakes you can easily fall out of love with the shoe, at least I have. But there is good news ahead for the reebok pump and this is that it is once again back. The signature pump lite that Dee Brown wore in the 1991 Slam Dunk contest against Shawn Kemp will be releasing. Although in a limited quality the shoe takes you back to when simplicity was key and bending down to pump your reeboks was a must for hang time. Dee defeated Shawn and won the 1991 Slam Dunk Contest and to tribute the man himself reebok will only be releasing 1991 pairs of the Omni Lite. Undefeated has got in there pairs early but for those with interest and not in the west coast keep your tounges and 2 ears open.

Infrared Jogging

The Air Structure is just one of those shoes that in 10-20 years alot will be upset that they passed on purchasing. With peak samples and rumors of a out of states release, the jogging Traix 91 has made its come back this February in the U.S. This month the retro colors dropping are the Blk toe/ turqoiuse/ infrared and purple/grey/ white. Besides the infrared accent the shoe holds more than just style but comfort and resistance as well. The shoe consist of more technological advances including external thermoplastic heel counter and a footbridge stability device. There is also the sole unit which is made of polyurethane and the flexible forefoot air cushioning units. Rumors are because of this footbridge it is best to buy a half size down from your regular shoe size. Although I have yet to pick up my pair I have witness's that can vouch for the comfort and look as owners themselves.

Can I kick it??

Well its not only my boy Jet that has been reflecting on life. I too also have been thinking alot of what may become of BACA. I hope great things happen to me and the whole MASSIVE crew which consists of me, Jet, Big L, and I think Dre. But than again I'm the author my own life. I seem to think I can find the light in places that have no windows. Don't get me wrong I don't look in the wrong places intentionally but sometimes im blinded by something. Well whatever may happen to me I always have something that will never let me down...MUSIC. Some people take music for granted but to tell you the truth music is my everything. Its helps me out alot and it relaxes me. Whatever happens to me....even if I can't find H.E.R. I will always have music by my side and a couple of close friends and I realized thats all I really need. But it won't hurt to have H.E.R. aswell, l0l. Im not tryna sound desperate or all that bullshit because I'm not, but na mean sometimes it feels good to know a chick is worried about you and wants you all to herself and I CAN have her ALL to myself cause im selfish and "a sucker A low down, dirty, sneaky, double-crossin canivin muthafucka" haha. But its whatever because I once heard the best things come when you least expect it so I'm maxin and relaxin.

23 years and still running??

What you are all looking at is the new Air Jordan 23 that is set to release this month. The idea of the jordan is not set on original design but more or less being performance friendly, using bio degradable materials, and making this model environmentally safe. I have no clue why they chose to go recycle but I do believe it is a early peak of the future of sneakers. Using solvent based cements and Michael Jordan's fingerprint/signature through out the shoe it is said this february release will fly of shelves. I personally do not agree with such because I cant find one thing appealing about the shoe myself. The first colorway that dropped (JAN. 25) was the university blue (only out at the top 23 niketowns in the u.s and were only given 23 pairs each) and selling at $230 retail price I have yet seen these on anyones feet. With a total of 1058 pairs made I personally dont see the "POP" in this one nor do I even approve of the limited release. The next models will be priced at $185 and although it is better than $230, I still cant see anyone buying it. I see this jordan selling more because of the legacy rather than the model itself. I just thought because it is said to be the last Air Jordan that Michael would put Tinker on board to go out with a bang.

Finding Nemo

January has been a sleepless month for me with work, school (midterms), relationships, family and I have been trying to find my niche in life, in general. I have not been writing because I figured it was this that was turning me off of everything else going on in the real world when I failed to realize itsmassive is about the only thing that keeps me sane. 2008 has brought nothing but Air Jordan packages and stress. After confronting my own problems it seems the only stress I should be stressing is getting Jordan packages. I blame "the man" for my failure and dont realize my accomplishments and what more there is to come. It took Savion Glovers mother and a Monclair, New Jersey high school teacher for me to realize that the truth is in front of you and has already been told. Ive been running my whole life from what I want in life because I was convinced that my past reflected my future. Although it does have an effect I shouldnt let it make me and in the end, break me. This is a personal post I just thought I had to write because as stated, "I failed to realize it is about the only thing that keeps me sane". So as I move on with life and its expectations I tell you viewers dont let the past make you and most important dont let others make you into something that ISNT YOU.
